A Clay County woman has been indicted in connection with the January death of her son. Tamra Garvin was indicted on charges including murder in connection with the Jan. 28 death of her son in Clay County, according to court records. Garvin was indicted alongside her son, Zachary Garvin-Ward in the death of her other son, Cory Garvin-Ward, who was 31 when he died. Court records said Zachary Garvin-Ward shot his brother with one round in the chest area. Troopers said an investigation determined the incident stemmed from an argument between the brothers over stolen property. Both Garvin and her son will be arraigned on Nov. 14.
