A man was killed in a crash Monday morning on Route 2 in Cabell County. Deputies said Dustin Fuller, of Proctorville, Ohio, was killed in a two-vehicle crash just after 6 a.m. on Route 2 as he was attempting to pass several vehicles. The vehicle he was driving crashed head-on into another vehicle, and that driver was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries.
