Another Starbucks location is under construction at the Park Plaza Shopping Center in South Charleston. South Charleston Mayor Frank Mullens said the new Starbucks is the second store that will open in the Park Plaza project, and the new coffee shop is expected to open in February, 2024. The next store that will start construction will be Menards, next spring. Work on additional businesses is expected to begin in July 2024.
