A Cabell County man was sentenced to prison Monday after admitting to receiving 87-thousand digital media files depicting child pornography using peer-to-peer sharing programs over a span of three years. Craig Halstead of Huntington, was sentenced to seven years and six months in prison to be followed by 20 years of supervised release. Prosecutors said Halstead has been ordered to pay $15,000 in restitution and will be required to register as a sex offender following his prison sentence.
