Historic Home Tours benefit St. Albans charity

History buffs were in St. Albans on Saturday for the Historical Society’s annual Historic Home Tours. The Miles’ family home was one of the stops on the tour, along with The American Legion Post on Pennsylvania Avenue, The C&O Train Depot, R.F. Lipscomb Home, the Vaughan/Deitzler Home and First Baptist Church on Second Street. Several hundred people attended. The proceeds from the event goes towards running the society’s two museums, educational programs and any exhibits the society puts on.
