Manna Meal started up its indoor dining services again after pausing services earlier this month. Dining services at St. John Episcopal Church were put on hold after a man was arrested after allegedly lunging at a woman with a child outside of Sacred Heart Elementary School next door to the church. Manna Meal continued to deliver food through a food truck, but two leaders within the organization stepped down over disagreements about how to handle the situation. Now indoor dining services have resumed at the former Garnet Career Center at 422 Dickinson St. in downtown Charleston.
