A popular amateur boxing contest is returning to the capital city next month. The Original Toughman Contest will be held at the Charleston Coliseum on Thursday, Feb. 29 and Friday, March 1 at 7 p.m., according to a news release from organizers. The single-elimination boxing tournament pits amateur boxers against each other in a competition for up to $34,000 in prize money.
