West Virginia Republicans announced that Matt Herridge was named Chair of the West Virginia Republican Party Saturday during an Executive Committee meeting in Charleston. Herridge has served as the party’s Finance Chair and is an owner and operator of Charton Management, a company that manages Burger King and Qdoba Mexican Eats restaurants. Herridge succeeds Elgine McArdle, a Wheeling attorney, who spent several years serving as an assistant federal prosecutor for the Northern District of West Virginia.
