The Mingo County Public Service District said the water plant is running at full capacity again after ice on the Tug River stalled operations. At one point, nearly one thousand customers were without water in Mingo County. Residents might notice that water pressure isn’t quite back to normal, but that will remedy itself as the tanks fully fill up again. People in Mingo County are being asked to conserve water for the next few days.
