A husband and wife charged with child neglect after two teenagers were allegedly locked in a shed in Sissonville have posted bond. Jeanne Whitefeather and Donald Ray Lantz, both of Sissonville, are charged with felony gross gross child neglect creating a substantial risk of injury. They were arrested after a child welfare call by a neighbor claimed two teenagers were being locked in a shed at the couple’s home on Cheyenne Lane. Eyewitness News said it’s not clear if Whitefeather has an approved home confinement location approved by the court for her to await trial while freed on bond.
