Federal prosecutors said Billy J. Griffith of St. Albans was sentenced to 11 years in prison to be followed by 10 years of supervised release time. Iinvestigators searched Griffith’s Baier Street home in 2022 after tracing an internet protocol address that had been used to download child pornography.
