A YMCA referee was verbally and physically assaulted at a youth basketball tournament Saturday in Huntington. The incident occurred during a YMCA of Huntington Buddy Basketball tournament, according to a statement from local YMCA leaders. The YMCA said the incident is being investigated by law enforcement and the league associated with the individuals have been asked not to return.
