Kanawha County deputies are investigating after a woman and a teenage boy were found dead at a home Wednesday in St. Albans. The Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office said deputies went to a home on Sapphire Road and found the two people dead after Markus Guy walked into the sheriff’s office and said he killed two of his girlfriend’s relatives. Guy was later arrested and is charged with two counts of first-degree murder.Other locations are being searched as part of the investigation. A preliminary hearing for Guy has been set for Thursday, Feb. 15.
