A groundbreaking ceremony was held this week to mark the start of a $50 million revitalization plan along 9th Street in Huntington. The conversion project will turn the historic Prichard Hotel building into a 108-unit affordable housing complex and a health center for seniors. Cornerstone CDC, Winterwood Inc, and CVS Health are leading the effort.
