A second juvenile has been charged in connection with the death of a Cabell County woman. Parzella Harris of Huntington, was found dead last Sunday at a home in the 1900 block of 18th Street, according to Huntington police. Monday, officers said a juvenile was charged with first-degree murder. An update from investigators released Thursday said a teenager has been charged with being an accessory to murder. The identity of the juveniles will not be released. Huntington police reported working with West Virginia State Police and the Cabell County Prosecutor’s Office to further the investigation.
