The West Virginia Association of Counties honored United States Senator Joe Manchin this week. The senator gave a keynote address at the association’s annual conference, and afterward he was given the Patti Hamilton Imagine Award for his lifetime of public service to the Mountain State. The Award is named after the former executive director of the organization, Patti Hamilton, who also worked on a re-election campaign for Manchin following her retirement.
