Four registered sex offenders were found noncompliant during a weeklong operation in the Cabell County area recently. The findings were part of Operation Early Spring where U.S. Marshals checked 122 sex offenders for compliance, according to a news release. Arrest warrants were obtained for the four people found noncompliant. One sex offender wanted by West Virginia State Police was arrested in Maryland by U.S. Marshals during the operation. A missing juvenile was also found, according to the news release. Investigators also seized a firearm and three marijuana plants during the compliance checks.
