Deputies in Kanawha County have released the name of the man who they said was involved in a tractor-trailer rollover last Thursday. Carlos Bonifaciomunoz is sought in connection with an incident when a tractor-trailer hauling lumber rolled about 50 feet over a hillside on Hurricane Road in the Frame area. Kanawha County Sheriff’s Deputies said Bonifaciomunoz left the scene before first responders arrived, but contacted a family member in New Jersey. That family member told deputies Bonifaciomunoz said he was on Spencer Road in Cotton, West Virginia. Bonifaciomunoz is still believed to be in the Elkview area.
