A man is facing charges after a shooting incident in the Fraziers Bottom area of Putnam County. West Virginia State Police responded to a home on Winfield Road Friday where 53-year-old John Bilzor allegedly shot a 61-year-old man twice in the leg. The injuries are non-life-threatening. Bilzor was taken into custody and charged with malicious wounding and unlawful assault.
