Charleston’s Union Building, a long-standing landmark along the Kanawha River, is up for auction, according to a real estate listing from Joe R. Pyle. The listing said registration and inspection begins at 4 p.m. on Thursday, May 9. The 13-story building offers 50,000 square feet for potential businesses or residents.
