A Charleston man is sentenced for his role in major drug ring

Another man has been sentenced in connection to the big Smoke and Mirrors drug bust. 39-year old Jasper Wemh of Charleston, is the latest person sentenced on charges related to the drug investigation. US attorneys said he will spend 16 years and eight months in prison for his role, followed by five years of supervised release. Wemh’s charge was conspiracy to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine. He also has a prior conviction for possession with intent to distribute cocaine from March 2011.
