William Scott Harbor is facing several misdemeanors and felonies including destruction of property, assault on an officer, fleeing and obstruction, after deputies and troopers responded to a call Friday afternoon for a stolen Harley Trike motorbike out of Cabell County. Authorities say they found the stolen vehicle at a residence near Nine Mile in Branchland. Upon arrival, Harbor attempted to flee on the trike, crashing into one deputy’s vehicle head on and then hitting another sheriff’s vehicle before attempting to flee on foot. Harbor is currently being held at Western Regional Jail awaiting his arraignment
