Two more areas have been added to the list of approved outdoor drinking areas in Charleston. Mayor Amy Goodwin said in a news release the Charleston’s Private Outdoor Designated Areas program has helped downtown restaurants and local businesses, and in expanding the program, the Bridge Road and East End neighborhoods have been added. Guests can guy an alcoholic beverage from participating businesses in those areas and walk to other participating businesses.
