A new option for Italian dining opened in the capital city Wednesday. A crowd showed up for oepening of the restaurant in Charleston’s Elk City at Sergio’s Cucina Italiana & Pizza. The opening brings a second Sergio’s to West Virginia, with the first located along Main Street in Hurricane. The new Sergio’s is located at 222 Washington Street West, the former home of Books & Brews.
