A Michigan man is sentenced on drug charges

A Michigan man will spend the next seven years behind bars for the distribution of methamphetamine in West Virginia. Larry Williams of Pontiac, MI was sentenced this week in federal court in Huntington. Prosecutors said Williams sold a gram of meth to a confidential informant in February 2023 in Huntington, and heroin on two other ocassions. The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia said Williams admitted to possessing and intending to distribute controlled substances.
