A Cabell County woman is charged with murder in the shooting death of her brother. 25-year old Seira Harmon is accused of shooting her brother, William, in the head during a family dispute in Culloden, according to the Cabell County Sheriff Chuck Zerkle. Zerkle said deputies were called to a home on Charleys Creek Road about 12:30 a.m. after Harmon called 911 stating she’d shot her brother. He has since died from his injuries. Harmon is being held on a first-degree murder charge in Western Regional Jail.
