The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office said the crash was reported on Grandview Ridge Road near Confidence early Sunday morning. The ATV was occupied by a 19-year-old driver and a 24-year-old passenger, who was taken to the hospital for head injuries. The teen didn’t suffer injuries that required a hospital visit. The Putnam County Sheriffs Office is investigating the incident.
