The Charleston Sternwheel Regatta is coming up next week, with thirteen shows on two stages over five days. Events on Wednesday, July 3 include the carnival at Haddad Riverfront Park starting at 1 pm and running all day. There will be live music on the Schoenbaum Stage that evening. The Wheelwash Beer Festival will be held at City Center at Slack Plaza starting at 4:30. The Charleston Sternwheel Regatta reemerged in the summer of 2022 after several years off. The Regatta was the winner of the 2022 Mountain State Award with the WV Department of Tourism.
