The Federal Emergency Management Agency announced the relocations of two Disaster Recovery Centers in the region. Both the Dunbar and Lincoln County centers are moving to continue to help those impacted by the storms in early April.
The Dunbar Disaster Recovery Center currently located at the Recreation Center along Fairlawn Avenue will be moving to Tyler Mountain Volunteer Fire Department, while the Lincoln County Disaster Recovery Center will move from the 911 Center in Hamlin to the John Slack Park Parking Lot in Racine in Boone County. Both opened in their new locations Monday.
