The 59th annual West Virginia State Water Festival gets underway this week in Hinton. Events highlight the three rivers that flow through the area. They’ll have an off-road and endurance challenge next Saturday, as well as a pet parade and fireman’s parade. The Water Festival Grand Parade will be held next Saturday, July 27. The full schedule of events will be posted on the City of Hinton Facebook page. The water festival runs through July 28.
