Charges are pending against the driver in a fatal crash that claimed the life of a teenager on July 4. The accident happened on US Route 60 at Davis Creek Road in Barboursville. 17-year old Braxton McComas of Huntington died at the scene and a teenage passenger in his vehicle suffered major injuries. 23-year old Joshua Wilson of Middlesport, Ohio was the driver of the second vehicle, and faces charges of DUI causing death and DUI causing serious bodily injury. Security cameras at nearby Floyd’s nursery captured the crash video, and turned that over to police for the investigation.
