Third-party candidate Marshall Wilson wants to be West Virginia’s next governor. He served in the House of Delegate as a Republican, then switched to independent. Wilson is from the Eastern Panhandle, and is running as the Constitution Party candidate. Wilson needs to gather eight thousand signatures by August 1 for his name to be on the November ballot.
