Students at Marshall University pursuing a career in aviation can now have hands-on learning experiences at a new location while completing their degree. The university expanded its professional pilot bachelor’s degree program to the Eastern West Virginia Regional Airport in the Martinsburg area beginning this fall. Aspiring pilots are able to complete their academic studies through a flexible hybrid approach, according to a news release from the university. Marshall’s Bill Noe Flight School is an Federal Aviation Administration-approved ground and flight training course offered at two other locations- Yeager International Airport and Wheeling-Ohio County Airport.
