Officials broke ground Wednesday on a new, four-story building in downtown Charleston that will house TC Energy. The 140,000 square foot facility is expected to hold about 500 employees once it’s completed in the 200 block of Kanawha Boulevard East. The company is expected to be moved in by November 2026, according to Eyewitness News. The site was previously leased to CASCI. Community leaders hope the large corporation in downtown Charleston means a continued boost for the area.
