Investigators have identified the two people killed in a house fire in Boone County on Saturday. David and Gloria Peters, both 76, died in a fire in the 700 block of Toney’s Branch Road near Bloomingrose area on Saturday, according to a news release from the West Virginia State Fire Marshal’s Office. The couple’s bodies were transported to the West Virginia Medical Examiner’s Office for autopsy. The cause of the fire has been ruled undetermined by investigators, the news release said.
