The West Virginia Lottery announced plans to launch a digital platform for gaming that will be accessible on mobile devices. Today is the first day that game tickets for iPlay are available along with PlayOn, a loyalty program that can be used to check winning numbers, stay up-to-date on promotions and manage accounts, according to a news release from the West Virginia Lottery.The loyalty program will allow for the accrual of points for in-person and online gaming.
