Grant funds will help expand legal services in West Virginia

Federal grant funds are coming to Legal Aid of West Virginia. The group will get more than $2335,000 as part of an effort to expand legal services for low-income Americans. Twenty-one organizations are sharing $5.4 million in Pro Bono Innovation grants. In West Virginia, the grant will help grandparents and other caregivers through the Solid Foundations Project with legal needs. They’ll also work on integrating better technology and expanding the volunteer network.
