Four city council seats in Huntington will not be determined until votes are canvassed next week. The race in District 8 incudes Republican Linda Blough and Democrat Pat Jones.The race in District 6 includes Republican Matt White and Democrat Holly Smith Mount. And the race between two At-Large council seats pits Republicans Greg Martin and Rob Archer against Democrats Ally Layman and Duron Jackson. Election officials will meet on November 12 to consider provisional ballots and finalize the election.
