The 36th annual Festival of Lights in St. Albans will be opening in late November, according to a news release from the St. Albans Parks and Recreation Department. You can take a walking tour of City Park from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 26. The following day, Wednesday, Nov. 27, free hayrides will be available during the same time slot. Parks staff has set Friday, Nov. 29 with drive through from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. through Dec. 23. The light display will be closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, but residents will have a final opportunity to attend the festival on Thursday, Dec. 26.
