Wolf of WVA facing 15 count indictment

The self-proclaimed “Wolf of West Virginia” seems to have lost a member of his pack after his mother’s plea agreement with the feds that includes a detailed confession of their financial schemes. Deanna L. Drumm, 60, of Charleston, pleaded guilty Thursday to aiding and abetting the sale and offer of unregistered securities. Her son, Theodore “Teddy” Miller, 34, of South Charleston is facing a 15-count indictment that accuses him of wire fraud, money laundering and obstruction. On the same day as the federal indictment, which could send Miller to prison for more than 200 years if convicted of all counts, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filed a civil lawsuit against him, Drumm and several of their businesses.
