Marshall football thundered back from a 17-point deficit to top James Madison in an overtime thriller Saturday night and secured a spot in the Sun Belt Conference championship. The Thundering Herd edged the Dukes 35-33 after converting a two-point conversion in double overtime to win the Sun Belt Conference East Division. The win puts Marshall in the conference championship against Louisiana at 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 7.
