Police have identified the man who was struck and killed by a train Thursday in St. Albans. Major Forrest, 31, of St. Albans died during an incident near Spruce Street, according to a news release from the St. Albans Police Department. First responders said they searched a nearly one-mile stretch of railway before they found Forrest dead near Willow Street. No other information was released in the incident.
