Morrisey has plans for WVA state government

Patrick Morrisey was inaugurated as the 37th governor of West Virginia this week at the State Capitol in Charleston. Morrisey, has said his focus as governor will be to “repurpose and right-size” state government. Morrisey said during his inaugural address, “We’re going to streamline government, cutting the red tape that chokes small businesses and deters investment,” “Our plan will make West Virginia the freest, most dynamic state in the nation.”
