New technology is active now at West Virginia Turnpike toll plazas. The new system will offer a toll-by-plate technology in all E-ZPass lanes which allows travelers the option to pass through toll places quickly with the option to pay later online. The increase in toll playment options makes transactions easier and leads to an increase in use and traffic flow, according to transportation officials.
