Drivers who use Teays Valley Road in Scott Depot provided input this week issues with the road. The West Virginia Division of Highways hosted a workshop this week to gather input on project options. One option would cover an area from Great Teays Boulevard to Scott Lane, adding a left-turn lane corridor, creating three lanes with a two-way left-turn lane in the center. Another option would add roundabouts to four key intersections along with a bike lane. Both options include new five-foot sidewalks. The WVDOH will accpt public comments until March 27th and then they’ll begin the planning process.
