A man linked with sexual abuse cases spanning more than a decade has been arrested and charged. Eyewitness News reported Bradley Allen Cooper of Charleston faces charges for performing illicit acts with two minors over the span of 10 years. Cooper was taken to South Central Regional Jail where he is being held on a $50,000 bond.
