A Huntington man faces additional charges after he refused to cooperate and acted aggressive with officers as he was being processed on Friday. 36-year old Bobby Allen was became aggressive during his processing and threatened to fight several officers, according to a criminal complaint filed with the Cabell County Magistrate Court. Allen previously had a warrant for his arrest in Cabell County and was taken to Western Regional Jail where he is being held on a $3,600.
