Students are set to return to school in Mingo County more than two weeks after flooding swamped the area. The school district said Mingo County students will return to school on a two-hour delay Tuesday, March, 4, according to a news release. School staff will report on Monday. The delay will ensure that students are in daylight as they walk to the bus stop for the first time following the flooding. School will be on regular schedules beginning Wednesday, March 5.
