A Wisconsin woman was charged late Wednesday night after Kanawha County deputies said she was unresponsive in a vehicle with five children.Nicole M. Coyne, 40, of Brookfield, Wisc., is charged with five counts of misdemeanor DUI with a minor and five counts of felony child neglect creating serious risk of injury, according to a news release from the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office.Deputies said they found Coyne slumped over the center console of her vehicle and unresponsive about 11 p.m. Wednesday at a Taco Bell in Cross Lanes.Also inside the vehicle were five children ranging from a 2-month-old to a 6-year-old child, according to the news release. Deputies said the infant was not secured in a car seat and was crying hysterically and allegedly on the verge of falling out of the seat.The other children were found with soiled diapers and “urine-covered clothing,” the news release said.
