A man and woman in Gilmer County have been arrested after a man was found in a camper on their property unable to walk with open wounds. Brittani Bell, 33, and Rex Larry Wallbrown, 37, face charges following an incident in the Sand Fork area, according to criminal complaints filed in Gilmer County Magistrate Court. A Meals on Wheels employee called police one day in March when the victim wasn’t in good enough shape to receive his meal. Troopers said the couple admitted to never calling 911 and were aware they “should have” based on the man’s condition.
